| Transworld Interactive now has two ways to deliver support to it's customers. The first way is that Transworld Interactive now has an Live Online Support service. This service allows our clients to chat with a live person when the tech support is online, also there is a instant message system that will send a message to the next available tech. This Live Online Tech Support is the fastest way to report a problem, however it is not the only way. |
| We have another online service available which allows clients to report problems with their service through a ticket system in which you as a client posts a problem and is issued a ticket number this is their referance to the job request and one way to get an update on the order, the other way is through the client feedback on the progress of the ticket. Either was the clients can receive help from a tech rep. Both Support Methods are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The other perfered method of communication is e-Mail this is the next fastest way to get a tech rep. to contact you about a problem. Please if you use this method please allow at least 24-48 hours for a reply. Phone contact is the least perfered method and in most cases is the slowest due to the number of phone calles we receive.
